ARCHITECTS Barrentine. Bates. Lee AIA specializes in architecture, planning and interior design for public and private sector clients. The firm wanted to promote its K-12 practice in a visual, innovative and memorable way.

Our Creative Approach
We recommended BBL put a human face on its K-12 practice. The BBL team selected three case studies to highlight: a school remodel; creation of a school campus master plan; and new construction.

Story producer Holly Paige conducted a series of on-camera interviews with clients who spoke about their experiences working with the BBL team, and with BBL principals, who spoke about the firm's philosophy and approach.

To capture the beauty and functionality of BBL's designs, Director of Photography Wayne Paige directed a series of beauty shots using a special Pole Cam. Wayne shot additional live-action footage at ground level, and served as the story's chief editor and on-screen graphics creator. Holly handled story production and served as project manager.

Results
BBL sent the DVD video to prospective clients, and used the video as in introduction and conclusion to interviews. The video was very successful at conveying the expertise, client service, and management of project budgets.
